Joey is a pro MMA fighter. He has won the golden gloves as an amateur boxer in Ashland KY. He was an all American wrestler in high school. He trains at Sons of Thunder located in Science Hill under the guidance of Danny Flick and Brett McClough.  He is enrolled in the Ferocity MMA and the Clinch Academy training programs. He has recently moved to Somerset KY, so that he can train fulltime with his brother Jacob Kirwin, who is also a MMA fighter. In his free time he loves to bow hunt. He wishes to thank Certified Cars Inc for being a sponsor of his wrestling career.
